Shipping

We ship via New Zealand Post which offers 3 kinds of services.

Airmail: This is the most economical service but your parcel does not come with any tracking number.  However, from our experience  Airmail  is very reliable to destinations in the US and most European countries.  Please allow 10 business days for the parcel to arrive in normal circumstances (e.g. not around holiday seasons) Caveat: If you select this option on Check Out, once the parcel is posted it is out of our hands as we cannot track it. To avoid the risk of losing your parcel (+/- 3%) you may select Economy Courier or Express Courier. 

Economy Courier:  This has a 2 - 6 working day delivery and does come with a tracking number. This service is not available to everywhere. Please see Destinations below.

Express Courier: The fastest service with 1 - 5 working day delivery target to all countries, and comes with tracking number.

Destinations

Airmail and Express Courier services are available to all countries.  Economy Courier is only available to these countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Samoa, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, UK, USA, Vanuatu, Uruguay and Vietnam..

Please note that our shop system is not smart enough to know this, but we will check orders and let you know if there's any problem. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause our customers, but  that is New Zealand Post for you.

Returns

To enable you to try our products without risk, we will accept returns for 30 days after you order, and refund the purchase price (not including shipping). Human nature being what it is, we have to impose some conditions, at our discretion. The overall idea is that we don't mind you trying our gear, in fact that's the idea. But we don't want people taking the mickey.

1) Only one refund per customer. This means we will only refund one order (not one item)

2) No refunds for any items we specially order for you (e.g. special power plugs, etc.)

How to return

Here's what you need to do:

  • - Contact us via email first to let us know about the item(s) you want to return.
  • - Send the items you want to return back to us. The return address was included in the original package - you can cut this out and stick on a parcel. The address is:

  • - Be sure to include some details that let us find your order. Typically your name and email should do the trick. If you have the PayPal transaction ID, so much the better. If you did not buy them from us, do not return them as we cannot refund orders we did not sell in the first place.
  • - The item(s) should be posted no later than 30 days after you ordered. We advise you to use a tracking #, as if the post office loses your package (which they do about 3% of the time) then you are in an unfortunate position.
